ID CARDS

People with SCA may find it beneficial getting an ID card with a covering letter
from their Neurologist as shown below. The card and letter would explain the symptoms of SCA such as altered gait, slurred speech and swallowing/chocking problems.

 

If you provide us with a letter from your Doctor and your personal information ie
name, address, your emergency contact and the name of your personal Doctor we can help with your ID card. Contact Us
